Portal
Customers can view and manage their licenses in the Keyforge portal. To access it, customers can request an email with a link to the portal. All licenses linked to their email address will be available.
If you prefer not to make your products available for customers to manage in the portal, you can hide them in the dashboard. Additionally, you can prevent customers from resetting their active devices in the portal.
Accessing the portal
To access the portal, customers must request an access link via email. This link is valid for 1 hour. Customers can request the portal access link here: https://keyforge.dev/portal/request
You can pre-fill the email field in the portal request form by adding the
email query parameter to the URL. For example:
https://keyforge.dev/portal/[email protected].
